2. By accessing or using any services provided by Seneca Niagara Resort Casino ("Services"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). The terms used herein shall have the following meanings:

• "User" means an individual who uses the Services;
• "Seneca Niagara Resort Casino" means the company providing the Services.

2. USE OF SERVICES

   You may use the Services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations or guidelines issued by governmental authorities. You must not use the Services to engage in activities that are prohibited under these Terms or otherwise harmful or unauthorized.

3. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

   To access certain features of the Services, you will be required to create a User account and provide personal information. You warrant that such personal information is accurate and complete. Seneca Niagara Resort Casino reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone without giving any reason.

4. PROPERTY RIGHTS

   All intellectual property rights in the content made available through the Services are reserved by or licensed to Seneca Niagara Resort Casino, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   Seneca Niagara Resort Casino does not warrant that:a) The Services will meet your requirements;b) The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.Seneca Niagara Resort Casino shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by:

a) Any failure of the Services to perform as described in these Terms;b) Your use of information obtained from the Services; orc) Any other matter that is beyond Seneca Niagara Resort Casino's reasonable control.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PROTOCOLS
7. Seneca Niagara Resort Casino encourages responsible gaming practices and has implemented policies designed to prevent problem gaming:

• Deposits may be limited, capped at CAD $2,500 per day for standard members;
• Withdrawal limits are in place: up to CAD $3,000 per day for standard members;
• Session time limits with automatic alerts can be set by users.Users have access to reality checks every 60-120 minutes of play and spending tracking tools.

8. Seneca Niagara Resort Casino shall maintain the confidentiality of all personal data it collects in accordance with its Data Protection Policy, which is available on request.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by, and will be interpreted consistently with, the laws of Canada without regard to conflict of law principles or the laws of any other jurisdiction. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (1985) of Ontario.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

   Seneca Niagara Resort Casino reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changes to fees, withdrawal limits, wagering requirements or any aspect of its Services.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seneca Niagara Resort Casino regarding your use of the Services.

11. AMENDMENTS

Any amendments to these Terms shall be deemed accepted by Users who continue accessing their User accounts after such amendments are posted on the website.

12. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERM

. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by Seneca Niagara Resort Casino, which may terminate or modify any aspect of its Services without prior notice to Users.

By using the services, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to your use of them.
